My Lords, I could not have asked for a more welcome reply from the Minister. I thank her for listening so carefully to the concerns that have been expressed around the Chamber. I thank the noble Baronesses, Lady Barker and Lady Finlay, for their contributions. I look forward to hearing from the Minister what proposals she is prepared to bring forward.
