Proceeding contribution from Lord Skelmersdale (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Monday, 30 June 2008. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Pensions Bill.

Pensions Bill

I am grateful for that addendum. I am glad that the Government do not want to prevent the positive benefits that can be accrued and that this measure is purely to police a negative matter, if one would like to put it like that. My mind is heartily relieved, and I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
