Proceeding contribution from Baroness Noakes (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 2 July 2008. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Pensions Bill.

Pensions Bill

I am not getting any satisfactory answer from the Minister. It seems to me that he does not know how this is going to work; what ““time to time”” actually means; and what processes are required. I wish to test the opinion of the House. On Question, Whether the said amendment (No. 112J) shall be agreed to? Their Lordships divided: Contents, 29; Not-Contents, 70. [Amendments Nos. 112K and 112L not moved.]
