moved Amendment No. 112M: 112M: Schedule 1, page 57, line 8, after ““authority”” insert ““or the Personal Accounts Delivery Authority”” The noble Baroness said: Amendments Nos. 112M and 112N both address the issue of who is deemed not to have a conflict of interest. The Minister will be pleased to hear that they are probing amendments.
