moved Amendment No. 39: 39: Clause 24, page 12, line 32, leave out subsection (2) and insert— ““( ) Loans under subsection (1) may be made on such terms and conditions as the Secretary of State considers appropriate (including provision for repayment with or without interest).”” On Question, amendment agreed to.
