My apologies; I thought that the noble Lord had asked how many executive directors there would be. He may not assume that the seconded directors will necessarily be non-executive directors. They may indeed be executives. They will not be employed but will provide their services as part of a service agreement with the company that employs them. On Question, amendment agreed to.
