moved Amendment No. 136: 136: After Clause 88, insert the following new Clause— ““Control orders: maximum limit on daily curfews After subsection (5) of section 1 of the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2005 (c. 2) insert— ““(5A) The duration of any prohibition or restriction on the controlled person’s movements shall not exceed 12 hours in any 24 hour period.”””” The noble Lord said: I wish to give the Minister an opportunity to add to his comments if he wishes to do so. I beg to move.
