Proceeding contribution from Ed Miliband (Labour) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 28 January 2009. It occurred during Opposition day on Heathrow (Third Runway).
Heathrow (Third Runway)
On the subject of carbon, the hon. Lady said something very interesting. She said that she did not rule out aviation expansion in the south-east. She has also said this:"““We recognise that the economic arguments for expanding Heathrow are much stronger than any other airport in the south-east””." How does she reconcile those two positions?
