Proceeding contribution from Rob Marris (Labour) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 28 January 2009. It occurred during Opposition day on Heathrow (Third Runway).
Heathrow (Third Runway)
Is the right hon. Gentleman aware that the official Opposition's motion partly contradicts the position that he has consistently put forward on climate change? The motion calls for an exploration of"““the potential of other UK airports to handle more long-haul flights””." Will not that contradiction within the motion present a dilemma for the right hon. Gentleman?
