My Lords, I reassure the noble Lord that all material, including the material covering the circumstances in which evidence was taken from Mr Mohamed, has been shared with his lawyers. Those lawyers do not have a hand tied behind their back, nor is the information available to them in any way limited. The sole issue is whether the information should be released beyond the lawyers to the public at large.
