My Lords, I absolutely confirm that there would be no reason why we would not do so. Indeed, it would be completely consistent with our position. Again, the decision lies in their hands. Just as we pressed for the release to us of Mr Binyam Mohamed, in the same way we think this case would be served by as much release of information as possible.
