Proceeding contribution from Ian Pearson (Labour) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 10 February 2009. It occurred during Debate on bill on Banking Bill.
Banking Bill (Money)
I do not have that information to hand. I expect that Bradford & Bingley will publish a version of its business plan, although naturally there will be some commercially confidential matters. If I get further information on that issue, I shall be happy to transmit it to the hon. Gentleman. The amendments have cross-party support; they come from the other place and they strengthen the Bill. Lords amendment 17 agreed to. Lords amendments 18 and 19 agreed to.
