Records of Detention (Review Conclusions)
I thank my right hon. Friend for his statement, which is helpful. Can he confirm whether, when the two Lashkar-e-Taiba people were handed over, British forces knew or suspected that they would be held anywhere other than Iraq? Can he confirm that they were not subjected to water-boarding, because we have a very different view of that compared to the Americans? Can he let us know whether we received any intelligence or information from the interrogation of those suspects in Afghanistan?
