Proceeding contribution from Earl of Sandwich (Crossbench) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 5 March 2009. It occurred during Debate on Africa: Governance and Law.
Africa: Governance and Law
My Lords, as usual we have swallowed up all the available time. We have not solved all the problems and many paradoxes are unsolved. I thank all speakers who have such a wide range of experience and the right reverend Prelate the Bishop of Chelmsford for his silent witness during our proceedings. I beg leave to withdraw the Motion. Motion withdrawn.
