Scottish Banknotes (Acceptability in United Kingdom) Bill
It is really important to recognise that a great deal can be done to achieve the hon. Gentleman's aims, which we all support, short of introducing draconian legislation. I want to work closely with him and with others— The debate stood adjourned (Standing Order No. 11(2)). Ordered, That the debate be resumed on Friday 13 March.
