Clause 24: New arrangements for entry to pharmaceutical list Amendment 114 114: Clause 24, page 28, line 8, at end insert— "(2D) Nothing in subsections (2) to (2C) shall be taken to imply that a Primary Care Trust may exercise its powers in a manner which purports to involve an assessment by it of a pharmacist’s professional fitness to practise or the fitness of his premises to deliver pharmacy services."
