Amendments 115B to 115E 115B: Clause 29, page 30, line 30, leave out "or" and insert "services or general" 115C: Clause 29, page 31, leave out lines 2 to 6 115D: Clause 29, page 31, line 6, at end insert— ""practitioner" means a person included in an ophthalmic list or a pharmaceutical list, and" 115E: Clause 29, page 31, line 8, at end insert— "( ) In section 107(9) of that Act, after "included in" insert "an ophthalmic list or "." Amendments 115B to 115E agreed. Clause 29, as amended, agreed. Clauses 30 and 31 agreed.
