Everyone made the idea of hot pursuit sound rather attractive. I thank the Minister for that explanation and if he is content that the powers in the Bill are sufficient, I should beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment A235 withdrawn. Amendment 236 had been withdrawn from the Marshalled List. Clause 162 agreed. Clauses 163 and 164 agreed.
