Clause 165: Duty of co-operation Amendment A237 A237: Clause 165, page 100, line 4, at end insert— "(2) In a case where the IFC district adjoins the Welsh inshore region, Welsh Ministers must take such steps as it considers appropriate to co-operate with the district."
