Amendments 51 and 52 51: Clause 12, page 8, line 4, leave out "For the purposes of subsection (3)," and insert "For the purposes of this Chapter— (a) a signature counts if (and only if) the petition gives the signatory’s name and address (which may be an address where the signatory lives, works or studies); (b) " 52: Clause 12, page 8, line 8, leave out subsection (5) Amendments 51 and 52 agreed.
