Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Bill [HL]
This amendment was tabled by the noble Baroness, Lady Hamwee, and is a measure about which she feels very strongly. As I said previously, it is a matter of considerable importance and principle to us. Therefore, I shall not move it at this time of night and will bring it back at Third Reading. Amendment 76 not moved. Clause 17: Review of steps Amendment 77 not moved.
