Clause 22: Interpretation Amendments 93 and 94 93: Clause 22, page 14, line 27, leave out from "organiser"" to end and insert "in relation to a petition made to a principal local authority, means— (a) the person designated in the petition as the person with whom the authority may deal in relation to the petition, or (b) such other person as agrees with the authority to be the person with whom the authority may deal in relation to the petition;" 94: Clause 22, page 14, leave out line 30 Amendments 93 and 94 agreed. Amendment 95 not moved.
