Far from demanding more regulation during the passage of the Financial Services—[Interruption.] The Conservatives spent their entire time in government and in opposition calling for less regulation, for markets to be free, and for markets to make the decisions. The right hon. Gentleman is one of the major causes and supporters of deregulation in the financial markets—[Interruption.] They do not like—[Interruption.]
