Proceeding contribution from Charles Walker (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 1 April 2009. It occurred during Debate on bill on Geneva Conventions and United Nations Personnel (Protocols) Bill [Lords].

Geneva Conventions and United Nations Personnel (Protocols) Bill [Lords]

We must not forget, however, that the Red Cross is in favour of the red crystal, as it believes that it will provide further protections to people operating in battlefields and war zones.
