Proceeding contribution from Charles Walker (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 1 April 2009. It occurred during Debate on bill on Geneva Conventions and United Nations Personnel (Protocols) Bill [Lords].

Geneva Conventions and United Nations Personnel (Protocols) Bill [Lords]
