Clause 65: Notice of Applications Amendment 99B 99B: Clause 65, page 37, line 10, at end insert— "(2A) In subsection (2) "persons likely to be interested" includes each principal local authority whose area includes or is adjacent to a location or an area or part of an area that is the subject of the application."
