Amendment 110B 110B: Clause 113, page 68, line 32, at end insert— "(7A) An order designating any areas as an MCZ in so far as it restricts exploitation of fisheries resources shall not come into effect until agreement has been reached that any such restriction will apply to vessels from all member states of the European Union."
