Proceeding contribution from Lord McKenzie of Luton (Labour) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 25 June 2009. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Welfare Reform Bill.

Welfare Reform Bill

I thought I had put on the record already, and again today, that we have accepted that recommendation that it should be done by affirmative procedure. Perhaps I am missing the noble Lord’s point.
