Amendment 99 99: Schedule 3, page 72, line 38, at end insert— "( ) No information disclosed by a person in compliance with a requirement imposed by regulations under paragraphs 1 to 3 may be adduced in civil proceedings or in any other circumstances disclosed to third parties without the person’s consent, or in any circumstances where this may be detrimental to the person’s interests."
