Welfare Reform Bill

I am happy to deal with that point and I promise that I shall come to it shortly. We do not intend to use the power to authorise the supply of information obtained by persons in the course of providing treatment, counselling or care to claimants. For example, the power will not be used to authorise the supply of information held by doctors or the supply of any medical details of the claimant. That is as specific as I can be on that. I hope my noble friend Lord Rea is comforted by it.
