Amendment 96 96: Clause 40, page 23, line 38, at end insert— "( ) respect the independence of any further education or sixth form college; ( ) recognise that sixth form, specialist and further education colleges should seek to recruit students from outside the area of the local authority; ( ) promote the attendance of students at sixth form, specialist and further education colleges outside its area"
