Amendment 98 98: Clause 40, page 23, line 38, at end insert— "(f) act with a view to satisfying itself that it has taken the necessary steps to screen for, identify and professionally assess any learning difficulties that the person may have; (g) with regards to the professional assessment referred to in paragraph (f), ensure that the person is referred for additional specialist support if it is identified that this is required as part of the assessment"
