Proceeding contribution from Martin Linton (Labour) in the House of Commons on Monday, 6 July 2009. It occurred during Opposition day on Identity Cards.

Identity Cards

My right hon. Friend passes rather quickly over the vote in December 2004, but is he aware that all the Conservative Members here this evening voted for the Second Reading of the Identity Cards Bill, with—I must add, to be fair to him—the sole exception of the hon. Member for Ashford (Damian Green)?
