Coroners and Justice Bill

I am very grateful, as always, to the Minister for his response to my opposition to the clause standing part of the Bill. As I stressed at the beginning, my opposition was purely probing. I want to consider very carefully in due course—we have the whole summer in which to do it—what he had to say. I will also consider comments from bodies such as the Law Society and Justice on what he said and then decide whether further examination of this clause is necessary at Report. Clause 91 agreed. Clause 92 agreed. Clause 93 : Directions to attend through live link Debate on whether Clause 93 should stand part of the Bill.
