Proceeding contribution from Paul Rowen (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 14 July 2009. It occurred during Debate on bill on Borders, Citizenship and Immigration Bill [Lords].

Amendment 14 would remove clause 50, which deals with the common travel area. I understand that the Minister is to make a statement on this matter, so I shall sit down to hear the good news.
