Proceeding contribution from Peter Bone (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 14 July 2009. It occurred during Debate on bill on Borders, Citizenship and Immigration Bill [Lords].

Borders, Citizenship and Immigration Bill [Lords]

The all-party group on human trafficking battles with the problem that if children—in this case, girls of 15 or 16 who have been forced into prostitution—are not in secure accommodation, they can fall right back into the hands of the traffickers. That is a difficult issue, and I would be grateful for the hon. Gentleman's view on it.
