Proceeding contribution from Baroness Stern (Crossbench) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 13 October 2009. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Policing and Crime Bill.

Policing and Crime Bill

The Minister talked about the possible length of conditions and suggested that a curfew might be for 12 weeks, but he went on to say that it might be "long term". I would be grateful if he could say what he had in mind when he said that a curfew could be long term.
