Clause 46: Guidance Amendment 149 149: Clause 46, page 32, line 14, at end insert— "( ) Before publishing or revising guidance issued under this section, the Secretary of State must publish its proposals in draft and consult— (a) the Lord Chief Justice; and (b) any other person whom the Secretary of State considers to be appropriate."
