Policing and Crime Bill

My Lords, I hope that in moving my amendment I covered the case where somebody shot a firearm at property. That, as I said, would fall within the category of a threat of violence against the person, because it is intimidatory. Nevertheless, I have heard what the Minister said and recognise the lack of support for the amendment, so I shall beg leave to withdraw it. Amendment 152 withdrawn. Clause 48 agreed.
