Clause 199: Complaints to which this Chapter applies Amendment 283A had been withdrawn from the Marshalled List. Amendment 283B 283B: Clause 199, page 119, line 40, at end insert— "( ) The Secretary of State shall issue regulations and guidance as to which of the powers and duties of a head teacher shall be regarded as a "prescribed function" for the purposes of subsection (2)."
