Amendments 303B to 303D 303B: Clause 237, page 144, line 20, leave out "and" 303C: Clause 237, page 144, line 22, leave out "of the same sex as S" and insert "; and" 303D: Clause 237, page 144, line 22, at end insert— "(d) must ensure that the other member of staff is of the same sex as S if it is reasonably practicable to do so." Amendments 303B to 303D agreed. Amendment 304 not moved.
