Amendment 152ZA 152ZA: After Clause 48, insert the following new Clause— "PART 4A Police bail Police bail before charge (1) The following provisions are repealed— (a) section 10 of the Police and Justice Act 2006 (c. 48) (police bail); and (b) Schedule 6 to that Act. (2) Article 3(i) of the Police and Justice Act 2006 (Commencement No. 2 Transitional and Saving Provisions) Order 2007 (No. 709 (c. 30)) (S.I. 2007/709) is revoked."
