Amendment 152E 152E: After Clause 49, insert the following new Clause— "Confiscation orders by magistrates’ courts The Secretary of State shall, within 12 months of this Act being passed, lay an order before Parliament to bring section 97 of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (c. 15) (confiscation orders by magistrates’ courts) into effect."
