Amendment 152AKAC 152AKAC: After Clause 65, insert the following new Clause— "Definition of European Framework List The Secretary of State shall produce guidance on the definition of those offences listed in Schedule 2 to the Extradition Act 2003 (c. 41) (European framework list)."
