My Lords, due to what the noble and learned Baroness said on the previous amendment, I do not think that there is any great point in my moving this group of amendments. Amendment 152AKC not moved. Amendments 152AKD and 152AKE not moved. Clause 72 agreed. Clauses 73 and 74 agreed.
