Amendment 152BB 152BB: Clause 77, page 104, line 43, at end insert— "24ASA Provision of assistance The Department of Transport and the Home Office must provide such assistance as may reasonably be required by a manager of an aerodrome, chief officer of police or other body drawing up guidance that, when issued and published with the approval of the Department of Transport and the Home Office, would be relevant guidance for the purposes of sections 29A to 29E of the Aviation Security Act 1982, as amended."
