Clause 99: General information powers in relation to persons entering or leaving the UK Amendment 152C 152C: Clause 99, page 123, line 34, at end insert— "( ) The requirement to produce a passport under subsection (1)(a) does not extend to a person on a local journey as defined under section 1(3) of the Immigration Act 1971."
