Amendment 157 157: After Clause 108, insert the following new Clause— "Stop and search areas (1) Section 44 of the Terrorism Act 2000 (c. 11) is amended as follows. (2) After subsection (5A) insert— "(5B) Following the notification and confirmation of an authorisation under this section, the Secretary of State will update and publish a list of each area in which searches have been authorised and the geographical extent and the time period for which each authorisation will apply.""
