Proceeding contribution from Lord Benyon (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Monday, 26 October 2009. It occurred during Debate on bill on Marine and Coastal Access Bill [Lords].
Marine and Coastal Access Bill [Lords]
Rightly so. I look forward to meeting Richard Lochhead in a couple of weeks. It is vital that we balance the Scottish Bill with the Bill before us. It would be absurd if we did not, not least for border areas, where we will be trying to create synergies through the ecologically coherent network of MCZs that we are trying to create. I now give way to the hon. Member for Great Grimsby, who has been very patient.
