Proceeding contribution from Lord Henley (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 11 November 2009. It occurred during Debate on bill on Coroners and Justice Bill.

Coroners and Justice Bill

My Lords, I fail to see the relevance of the noble Lord’s point. We are talking about what goes on in this House. I made it clear that we on these Benches have a free vote. Will he confirm that the same is true on his Benches?
